Job Responsibilities

Handle customer/patient queries through voice, chat and email.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Handle queries related to healthcare services, insurance, claims and billing.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.

Achieve defined productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible, depending on the process.

Good English communication skills.

Good written communication and basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Candidates should be willing to work from the Pune office.

Experience

Freshers: Open to candidates with good communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Experienced: Candidates with BPO, international voice/chat/email, healthcare, insurance, medical billing or claims experience are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and process.

Performance incentives may be available for applicable processes.

PF, insurance and transportation benefits may be provided as per company/process policy.
