Business Development Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling inbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, and online channels.

Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about the company’s products and services.

Support the team in lead generation, prospect identification, and regular follow-ups.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents.

Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Update and manage lead information using CRM tools and other internal systems.

Support the Business Development team in achieving assigned targets and business objectives.

Participate in sales activities and gain hands-on exposure to the complete business development process.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or final-year students can apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.

Proactive, confident, and enthusiastic approach toward learning and professional growth.

Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented and professional environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Good command of English.
