Key Responsibilities
Handle complete store operations independently (opening to closing)
Drive sales through customer engagement and consultation selling
Manage walk-in clients and high-value customers
Maintain store presentation and overall experience
Coordinate with helpers / support staff
Handle billing, stock, and inventory management
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales
Exposure to premium / luxury products preferred
Ability to manage store independently
Good communication and presentable personality
Basic understanding of store operations
