Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-office operations and welcome visitors professionally.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Explain basic digital marketing services to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department on lead status and follow-ups.
• Assist with basic sales and administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing.
• Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with prospects.
• Good convincing, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Active, smart, and professional personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
