Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-office operations and welcome visitors professionally.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Explain basic digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department on lead status and follow-ups.
- Assist with basic sales and administrative coordination.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing.
- Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with prospects.
- Good convincing, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Active, smart, and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
