Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned upcountry markets.
Identify and develop new markets, towns, rural areas and potential dealer/sub-dealer points.
Expand and strengthen the dealer/sub-dealer network for better market coverage.
Lead, train and monitor the performance of the field sales team.
Plan and execute rural activities such as melas, roadshows, exchange camps, test-drive camps and BTL activities.
Generate enquiries and improve lead conversion and retail sales.
Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
Develop relationships with dealers, financiers, local institutions and key customers.
Monitor dealership-wise performance, market share and sales gaps and prepare action plans.
Ensure regular field visits and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
