Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent support to patients and clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and inquiries.
• Manage incoming calls and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain patient records and other necessary documentation.
• Handle basic billing and administrative tasks when required.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduation in any stream.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in reception, clinic, hospital, front office, or customer service.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
• Ability to communicate politely with patients and handle routine queries.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Patient handling and customer service.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Basic computer operations.
• MS Office and MS Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
