Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing
- Accurately handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments while issuing receipts.
- Order Management
- Taking food/beverage orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery, ensuring accuracy.
- Customer Service
- Greeting guests warmly, answering questions, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- POS System Operation
- Utilizing the POS system to calculate bills, apply discounts/coupons, and process refunds or void transactions.
- Cash Handling
- Balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, ensuring accurate reporting of income.
- Maintenance
- Keeping the front counter, menu displays, and register area clean and stocked.
- Support
- Assisting service or kitchen staff with tasks during peak hours.
- Pay
- ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
