Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Marketing Associates / Management Trainees. This role is ideal for graduates and post-graduates, including freshers, who are looking to build a career in marketing, sales, client management, business development, and team leadership.

As a Marketing Associate / Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on exposure to brand marketing and sales campaigns, customer interaction, business development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally and communicate product/service offerings effectively to prospective customers.

Generate leads, develop customer relationships, and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

Develop an understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Gradually take responsibility for training, mentoring, and managing a team of approximately 7–15 members.

Support team members in achieving individual and campaign targets.

Conduct team meetings, provide regular feedback, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Take increasing responsibility for campaign operations, team performance, and business development as you progress within the organization.

Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
