Customer Support Quality Auditor

Role overview

We are looking for a Quality Auditor to evaluate customer interactions, coach

associates, and improve support outcomes. The role covers both service quality and

the ability to recognize appropriate sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Audit customer calls and tickets for accuracy, communication, ownership,

documentation, and customer experience.

• Provide specific feedback and coach associates on service quality and

relevant sales opportunities.

• Conduct quality calibrations with team leads and stakeholders.
• Identify recurring knowledge gaps and process issues, and recommend

improvements.

• Track quality trends and report findings with clear examples and actions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of total experience, including 2 or more years in quality

auditing.

• Experience auditing both calls and tickets in financial services or fintech.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and calibration skills.
• Ability to assess sales opportunities within customer support conversations.
• Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Pay

₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
