Role overview
We are looking for a Quality Auditor to evaluate customer interactions, coach
associates, and improve support outcomes. The role covers both service quality and
the ability to recognize appropriate sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Audit customer calls and tickets for accuracy, communication, ownership,
documentation, and customer experience.
- Provide specific feedback and coach associates on service quality and
relevant sales opportunities.
- Conduct quality calibrations with team leads and stakeholders.
- Identify recurring knowledge gaps and process issues, and recommend
improvements.
- Track quality trends and report findings with clear examples and actions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of total experience, including 2 or more years in quality
auditing.
- Experience auditing both calls and tickets in financial services or fintech.
- Strong coaching, feedback, and calibration skills.
- Ability to assess sales opportunities within customer support conversations.
- Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.

- ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
