Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Process: Outbound Telecalling – Fundraising

Salary: ₹15,100 per month + ₹500 Attendance Bonus

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join our outbound telecalling team for a fundraising process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating fundraising initiatives to potential donors, maintaining professional communication, and achieving assigned calling and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential donors.

Communicate fundraising and support initiatives clearly and professionally.

Explain the purpose and details of fundraising initiatives to potential donors.

Build positive and professional relationships with callers and potential donors.

Handle basic queries and provide relevant information.

Follow prescribed calling scripts and organizational processes.

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Maintain regular attendance and professional conduct.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day calling operations.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Graduates and candidates currently pursuing graduation can apply.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good basic verbal communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.

Willingness to work in an outbound calling role.

Customer-oriented and professional approach.

Ability to follow calling scripts and processes.

Target-oriented and disciplined approach.

Comfortable working from the Noida office.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,100
Attendance Bonus: ₹500
