Telecalling & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling & Marketing Executive to support our marketing campaigns, handle client communication, coordinate outdoor marketing activities, and follow up on sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.

Follow up with prospects, enquiries, and existing clients to support sales conversions.

Plan, execute, and manage offline marketing campaigns, including hoardings, events, and promotions.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of marketing projects.

Participate in outdoor marketing activities, promotional events, and field visits.

Track marketing activities, sales leads, and campaign performance.

Maintain daily call records, lead details, and reports using MS Excel.

Support the marketing team in daily operations and campaign management.

Requirements

Good communication and telecalling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.

Interest in sales, marketing, and outdoor promotional activities.

Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Ability to communicate with clients professionally.

Willingness to travel locally for outdoor marketing activities.
