About the Role

B.L. Tandon \& Co. is seeking an experienced Accounts \& Billing Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, sales/purchase documentation, and stock inventory for our electrical distribution office in Nadarganj, Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales \& Purchase Voucher Entry: Manage daily sales invoices, purchase entries, and voucher entries using TallyPrime.
• Inventory \& Stock Management: Track inward/outward stock movement, record inventory levels for electrical goods, and maintain stock registers.
• Billing \& E-Way Bills: Generate GST invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately.
• Ledger Management: Maintain customer and vendor ledgers, track outstanding payments, and record daily expenses.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly sales, purchase, and stock summary reports for management.

(Note: Bank Reconciliation work is excluded from this role).

Eligibility \& Requirements

• TallyPrime Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on working experience in TallyPrime is strictly required.
• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of continuous hands-on experience in accounting and billing.
• Industry Background (Mandatory): Prior work experience in the Electrical / Electrical Distribution field is required.
• Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred) or relevant accounting diploma.
• Computer Skills: TallyPrime, MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filters), and MS Word.
• Location: Candidates residing near or easily accessible to Nadarganj, Lucknow.
