Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with basic issues such as complaints, returns, or exchange requests
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer or mobile applications
Patient, polite, and customer-focused approach
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations or calls at the same time
