Job Title: Admissions Counsellor (Education Sales), ACCA
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (Work from office)
Experience: 1-4 years in admissions counselling, education sales or inside sales (freshers with strong communication can apply)

About the role

We are an ACCA Approved Learning Partner looking for a counsellor who can speak to students and parents, understand their goals, and convert leads into admissions.

Responsibilities

Call and counsel inbound and outbound leads about ACCA, course structure, fees and career scope

Follow up consistently and convert leads into admissions

Conduct walk-in and online counselling sessions

Update lead status, follow-up dates and admission data daily in the CRM or Excel

Share daily and weekly conversion reports with management

Meet monthly admission targets

Requirements

Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Confident, persuasive communication with parents and students

Good with data entry, Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM tools

Organised, target-driven and comfortable with follow-ups

Prior experience in edtech, coaching or finance education is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
