Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for a US Healthcare Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective resolutions, and maintaining high service standards.
Eligibility
- HSC / Graduate
- 1–3 years of US Healthcare experience preferred
- Medical Billing experience preferred
- Prior BPO / Healthcare support experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Manage high-volume calls professionally.
- Provide healthcare-related customer support.
- Maintain quality and customer service standards.
- Follow process and compliance guidelines.

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- No Midnight Shifts
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs
