Job Description- Pre-sales Executive

About the Role

OSSO (www.ossso.care) is looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Pre-sales Executive to manage incoming patient enquiries, convert enquiries into appointments, and ensure a smooth patient journey from the first interaction through follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, good sales acumen and experience working with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Enquiry Management: Handle incoming patient calls, WhatsApp messages, and leads; understand patient needs and guide them to appropriate OSSO services.

Conversion & Scheduling: Convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments and maintain an active appointment pipeline.
Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with pending leads and manage no-shows to rebook appointments.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales and conversion reports (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
Coordination: Work closely with Doctors, Physiotherapy, Care Coordinators, and Front Desk teams to ensure smooth patient journeys.
Patient Feedback: Conduct post-visit feedback calls and capture insights to refine processes and drop-off points.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in patient sales, care coordination, or front-of-house sales (Healthcare/Clinic background strongly preferred).

Strong Communication: Fluency in English (verbal & written) with excellent phone and WhatsApp etiquette.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Sales Acumen: Strong objection-handling and lead-conversion skills with a empathetic, patient-first mindset.
Traits: Highly organized, proactive, target-driven, and capable of multi-tasking.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
