Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and guide visitors to their screens.
- Operations
- Handle ticketing, billing, cash transactions, and food & beverage counters.
- Maintenance
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met across the cinema floor.
- Support
- Resolve customer complaints and promote memberships or special offers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Age Limit
- Generally up to 25years old.
- Education
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass), diploma, or degree.
Skills: Good communication skills in English/Malayalam, pleasant personality, and willingness to work flexible shifts (day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays)

- ₹16,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
