Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients in Tamil-speaking regions

Present and promote company products/services effectively

Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM

Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closures

Requirements

Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English (preferred)

Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (0–3 years)

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

Target-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
