As a Telesales Executive, you’ll connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products or services, and convert genuine enquiries into sales.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Product \& Service Explanation: Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
• Lead Follow-up: Follow up with interested customers and move leads towards closure.
• Sales Conversion: Build customer relationships and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Lead Management: Maintain accurate lead details and update call status regularly.
• Target Achievement: Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship: Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

• 12th pass / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales or telesales experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
