Project Delivery Manager

Position Summary

The Project Delivery Manager \& Business Analyst will be the single point of ownership for project success. In this combined role, you will gather and define business requirements, translate them into actionable plans for the technical teams, and drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Convert business needs into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Development, QA, Design, and Management, to ensure timely execution
• Allocate tasks, track milestones, and manage scope changes
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely resolution
• Facilitate UAT and validate that deliverables meet business objectives
• Conduct project review meetings and present periodic status reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation standards, and internal processes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project delivery
• Proven experience managing projects end to end and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and time management abilities

Desirable Skills

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or CBAP certification (an added advantage)

Pay

₹418,825.23 - ₹1,533,973.73 per year
