Business Development Manager – Advertising Sales

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong B2B field-sales and client-acquisition experience to drive advertising sales across South Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, networking, referrals \& cold calling
• Meet business owners and understand their advertising needs
• Present print \& digital advertising solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals
• Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets
• Build long-term client relationships and manage CRM/MIS

Requirements

3+ years of field/B2B sales experience

Strong communication in English \& Hindi

Target-oriented with good negotiation skills

Comfortable with field visits across South Delhi

Knowledge of South Delhi markets preferred

Own two-wheeler/car preferred

Candidates from Advertising, Media, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, FMCG, Retail or Corporate Sales are welcome.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
