Business Development Manager (Lithium Battery Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in Lithium Battery Assembly Machine Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Lithium Battery Assembly Machines across North, West, and South India.

• Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, battery manufacturers, and renewable energy companies.

• Develop regional sales strategies and execution plans to achieve revenue goals.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct product presentations, machinery demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client requirements.

• Monitor competitive trends and market developments in the lithium battery and EV ecosystem.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Lithium Battery Assembly Machine Sales or related capital equipment sales in the battery/EV industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of lithium battery manufacturing processes and industry trends.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Pay

₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
