About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Assistant to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for aspiring Chartered Accountants who want to gain practical exposure to accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and handling day-to-day accounting activities.
• Support the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
• Assist in conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial data verification.
• Support income tax return preparation and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, working papers, and financial schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work with accounting software such as Tally, Excel, and other financial tools.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect financial documents and resolve queries.
• Support senior professionals in various accounting, taxation, and audit assignments.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Candidates pursuing CA and eligible for articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and auditing.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work on multiple assignments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers who are eligible to begin their CA articleship.
• Candidates with prior practical exposure to accounting or taxation will be preferred.
• Candidates who demonstrate a proactive attitude, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn.
