Roles & responsibilities

Handle customer support for a skincare brand including inbound/outbound calls, abundant order confirmation calls, and order-related queries.
Manage order tracking, delivery follow-ups, and coordination with logistics to ensure smooth customer experience.
Resolve customer complaints effectively via calls and email support while maintaining professional communication.
Possess strong communication skills with 2–3 years of experience in customer care, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
