Telecaller / Tele Counsellor – Skin, Hair & Slimming Clinic

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller / Tele Counsellor to handle enquiries, make outbound and cold calls, explain clinic services, and schedule consultations. The role involves regular follow-ups to encourage appointments and clinic visits while maintaining accurate lead records.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and cold calls to prospective clients from assigned contact lists.

Respond promptly to enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media and advertising campaigns.

Explain clinic services, available packages and consultation procedures using approved information.

Understand client requirements and schedule consultations with the appropriate clinic team.

Follow up with interested leads, missed appointments and pending enquiries.

Send appointment confirmations, reminders and clinic location details.

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-up dates, appointments and client feedback in the CRM or lead sheet.

Coordinate with reception, doctors and therapists for appointment availability.

Work towards agreed calling, appointment and walk-in targets.

Submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups, appointments booked and clinic visits.

Maintain client confidentiality and communicate professionally without making medical promises.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.

Salary

Based on experience and interview performance.

Incentives

Performance-based incentives, subject to clinic policy.

Confidence in cold calling, handling objections and following up consistently.

Strong listening, customer service and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business and CRM software.

Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple enquiries.

Intermediate or graduate qualification.

Previous experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare or telesales is an advantage.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
