Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office.
- Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and banking work.
- Purchase and arrange office stationery, refreshments, and other required items.
- Assist staff with day-to-day office requirements.
- Receive and distribute documents, couriers, and parcels.
- Maintain basic office supplies and inform management when stock is low.
- Perform other office support duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/English.
- Ability to handle multiple routine tasks efficiently.
- Two-wheeler driving license will be an advantage.
- Pay
- ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
