Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office.
• Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and banking work.
• Purchase and arrange office stationery, refreshments, and other required items.
• Assist staff with day-to-day office requirements.
• Receive and distribute documents, couriers, and parcels.
• Maintain basic office supplies and inform management when stock is low.
• Perform other office support duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/English.
• Ability to handle multiple routine tasks efficiently.
• Two-wheeler driving license will be an advantage.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
