Dispatch Supervisor

Position: Dispatch Supervisor Department: Dispatch / Warehouse Location: Delhi Experience: 1–2 years preferred Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods as per orders.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts, and transport teams.
• Check products, quantities, batch numbers, and packing before dispatch.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing slips, transport documents, and other dispatch-related paperwork.
• Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.
• Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely delivery.
• Monitor stock movement and report any shortage, mismatch, or damage.
• Ensure proper packing and handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Handle day-to-day dispatch issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution. Basic Computer Skills Required
• Basic knowledge
• Ability to enter and maintain dispatch data in computer systems.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp for official communication.
• Knowledge of billing/ERP software will be an added advantage. Candidate Requirements
• Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare distribution will be preferred. Salary: As per experience and capability.
