Job Description – Sales & Telecaller Company: EPOLiX Resin Store Position: Sales Executive & Telecaller Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Experienced Candidates Can Apply Location: Surat About the RoleWe are looking for a female Sales Executive & Telecaller who can handle customer enquiries, communicate with potential customers, explain our products, and convert enquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, good at communication, and comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Handling Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other platforms. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable resin products and kits. Explain product features, prices, offers and usage details. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into orders. Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Coordinate with the team regarding orders and customer requirements. Telecalling Make outbound calls to new and existing customers. Follow up on Justdial and other generated leads. Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups. Answer customer questions professionally. Follow up regularly until the customer makes a decision. Escalate difficult or technical queries to the appropriate team member. Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English . Gujarati communication will be an advantage. Confident and polite while speaking with customers. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets. Good follow-up and convincing skills. Target-oriented and willing to learn. Positive attitude and professional behaviour. Experience Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or lead follow-up is an advantage. Experience handling Justdial leads will be preferred. Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + performance incentives Salary can be discussed based on experience, communication skills and sales performance. Working Hours Full-Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday – Saturday Work Mode: Office, depending on requirement.
