Telecalling Executive

OVERVIEW: An energetic and communication-focused telecaller responsible for handling student enquiries, making follow-up calls, generating counselling appointments and maintaining lead records. RESPONSIBILITIES: Make calls to student enquiries and explain study-abroad opportunities Understand student requirements and provide basic information Generate and follow up on counselling appointments Maintain lead and call records Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp Coordinate with counsellors for walk-in appointments Update daily calling and follow-up status REQUIREMENTS: Male candidates Only Fresher to 1 year of experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Good Hindi/Gujarati communication; basic English preferred Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents Basic computer knowledge Ability to use MS Excel, Word and WhatsApp Positive attitude and willingness to learn Target-oriented and good at follow-ups Ideal Candidate A confident, energetic and communication-focused fresher or junior candidate who is willing to learn and grow in the overseas education industry.
