Job Summary

Nirvaa Solutions is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support operations at the UIDAI Aadhaar Data Centre in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in a critical data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems within the data centre

Handle CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, AHUs, and precision air conditioning systems

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow to ensure optimal conditions

Attend breakdowns and resolve issues within defined timelines

Coordinate with electrical and facility teams for smooth operations

Maintain logs, reports, and shift handover documentation

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field

Minimum 1 – 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (Data Centre / Facility preferred)

Hands-on experience with CRAC/CRAH, chillers, AHU systems

Basic understanding of BMS/DCIM systems is an added advantage

Willingness to work in 24/7 shift-based operations

Skills Required

Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

Good communication and teamwork

Ability to work in critical and high-uptime environments

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
