Freelance Soft Skills Trainer

Experience: 2+ Years Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to conduct interactive training sessions for students, graduates, and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training on Communication, Spoken English, Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Personality Development, Leadership, Teamwork, and Employability Skills.

Deliver high-quality, engaging presentations and activity-based sessions.
Engage learners through discussions, role plays, and practical activities.
Adapt content and delivery based on the audience.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills/Communication/Employability Trainer.
Excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
Strong English communication skills and confident stage presence.
Ability to keep learners engaged and deliver sessions effectively.
Experience training students or job seekers preferred.
Willingness to work on a freelance/assignment basis.

Remuneration:Competitive, based on experience and expertise.
