Key Responsibilities

Conduct training on Communication, Spoken English, Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Personality Development, Leadership, Teamwork, and Employability Skills.

• Deliver high-quality, engaging presentations and activity-based sessions.
• Engage learners through discussions, role plays, and practical activities.
• Adapt content and delivery based on the audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills/Communication/Employability Trainer.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
• Strong English communication skills and confident stage presence.
• Ability to keep learners engaged and deliver sessions effectively.
• Experience training students or job seekers preferred.
• Willingness to work on a freelance/assignment basis.
