Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat / non-voice support.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Communicate professionally with customers in English and any one regional language – Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu.
Follow company processes, guidelines, and escalation procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, response-time, and CSAT targets.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
NOTE
