Job Overview

We are looking for confident and communication-oriented Telecallers to handle student enquiries, make outbound calls, generate interest in Academy courses and support the admissions team in converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead databases.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, schedules and facilities.
• Explain course details and career opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Understand the student's requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and admission status.
• Update leads in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.
• Coordinate qualified and interested leads with the Academic Counselor/Admissions Team.
• Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits for prospective students.
• Conduct follow-ups through WhatsApp, SMS and email when required.
• Meet assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with students and parents.
• Collect feedback and record common student/parent queries.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars and promotional activities when required.
• Perform other admission-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions, customer service or education counseling will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Assamese communication skills will be an advantage.
• Clear and confident speaking ability.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle repeated follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and CRM systems.
• Good typing and record-maintenance skills.
• Ability to work with daily/monthly targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, energetic and target-oriented, with the ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents.

Candidates with experience in education, training institutes, coaching centres, admissions, telesales or customer service will be preferred.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
