About the role

Voxtune Music Academy LLP is looking for a confident, articulate English-speaking Inside Sales Executive to speak with prospective students and parents over the phone. You’ll explain our music courses, understand each caller’s goals, follow up with interested prospects, and help them take the next step toward enrolling.

Responsibilities

Call prospective students and parents who enquire about our music programs.

Explain courses, schedules, fees, and the admission process clearly.

Understand each prospect’s interests and recommend suitable programs.

Follow up with enquiries by phone and WhatsApp, and maintain accurate records.

Schedule trial classes, counselling calls, or academy visits.

Work toward agreed follow-up and admission targets.

Represent the academy in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.

Requirements

Freshers and candidates with 2+ years of experience are welcome.

Strong spoken English and clear pronunciation.

Confident, warm phone manner and good listening skills.

Comfortable speaking with parents, students, and prospective learners.

Good follow-up and persuasion skills, with basic computer or CRM skills.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions counselling, or customer service is an advantage.

An interest in music or education is a plus.

Must be able to work 100% onsite in Kochi, Kerala.

What we offer

Fixed salary plus commissions.

Training on our courses and admission process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
