Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business leads, pitch corporate accounts, and close group or event contracts through cold calling, networking, and sales tours.

- Monitor local competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demands to adjust sales strategies.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong ties with travel agents, event planners, and major corporate clients.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with revenue management on pricing strategies and track sales performance using CRM tools.
- Representation
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and community functions.
- Pay
