Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for an Outbound Telecalling – Banking Collections process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending loan EMIs, credit card dues, overdue payments, and payment reminders.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments, loan EMIs, and credit card dues.
• Remind customers about overdue payments and follow up on payment commitments.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
• Achieve daily calling targets and follow company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred.
• Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate politely and handle customer conversations professionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
