Telesales Executive

Susthodisha Community Health Centre is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with patients and local residents, promote affordable healthcare services, generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.

The candidate will play an important role in increasing patient footfall and promoting diagnostic services, doctor consultations, eye screening and cataract-related services.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

Make calls to prospective patients, existing patients and local residents to promote healthcare services.

Patient Appointment Booking

Convert enquiries into confirmed doctor consultations, diagnostic tests and eye screening appointments.

Diagnostic Sales

Promote full-body health check-ups, blood tests and other available diagnostic packages.

Eye Care Lead Generation: Identify people experiencing vision problems or requiring eye check-ups and schedule appointments with the eye specialist.

Lead Follow-up

Follow up with interested patients, previous enquiries and people who have not completed their tests or consultations.

Database Management

Maintain daily call records, patient enquiries, follow-up dates and appointment status in Excel or the designated CRM.

Campaign Promotion

Inform patients about health camps, special consultation programmes and healthcare offers through calls and WhatsApp.

Patient Relationship Management: Communicate politely, address basic service enquiries and guide patients regarding appointments, location and timings.

Daily Reporting

Submit daily reports on calls made, leads generated, appointments booked, patient visits and conversions.

Target Achievement

Meet assigned daily, weekly and monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
