Reception & Membership Executive

Job Summary

The Reception \& Membership Executive is one of the first points of contact for members and guests. The role

combines polished arrival experience with warm, intuitive member service. You will help members feel recognised

from the moment they enter, support membership-related interactions and ensure the arrival experience feels

effortless rather than transactional.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, confidence and discretion.
• Recognise regular members and remember relevant preferences.
• Support new-member onboarding and explain the House naturally.
• Handle member requests and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Maintain accurate membership and guest information in the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with Sport, Wellness, Food \& Drink and House Operations to create a seamless experience.
• Know when to engage a member and when to give them privacy.
• Notice issues before they become complaints and take ownership of getting them resolved.
• Maintain a polished, calm and welcoming reception environment.
