Position : Dispatch Executive

Experience Required : 3 to 5 Years

Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 25,000 PM to 35,000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge

Job Location : Rakhial, Ahmedabad

Job Description

Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.

Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, warehouses, and customers.

Track shipments and provide delivery status updates.

Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and documentation.

Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Sales departments for dispatch planning.

Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of materials.

Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure on-time deliveries.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.

Graduate preferred.
