Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive with strong knowledge of Tally Prime and hands-on experience in dispatch and inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily inward and outward entries.
• Prepare and manage job work challans.
• Handle purchase and sales entries.
• Manage accounting and inventory-related vouchers in Tally Prime.
• Maintain proper dispatch and stock records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely entries.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Hands-on experience in inward/outward, job work challan, purchase and sales entries.
• Good knowledge of accounting and inventory vouchers.
• Experience in the Steel Industry is preferred.
• Experience in the Stainless Steel Industry will be an added advantage.
• Good coordination and documentation skills.
