Is job ke baare mein
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes and other accounting documents.
- Manage customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Arrange vehicles as per material dimensions, weight, destination and delivery schedule
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents including Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR/GR and Packing List.
- Obtain freight quotations from transporters and negotiate transportation rates.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate loading, unloading and material dispatch activities.
- Maintain transporter details, freight records and logistics documentation.
- Follow up with transporters for POD/Proof of Delivery and submit documents for billing.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during material movement.
