Position: Team Leader Stock Market Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the BDE sales team. Monitor calls, follow-ups, and client conversions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Train team members and improve sales performance. Track daily sales reports, attendance, and CRM updates. Requirements: Good communication and leadership skills. Basic stock market knowledge preferred. Sales and team-handling experience preferred. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Salary: Fixed Salary + 40% Incentives
