Position: Team Leader Stock Market Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the BDE sales team. Monitor calls, follow-ups, and client conversions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Train team members and improve sales performance. Track daily sales reports, attendance, and CRM updates.
