Job Description – CRM Executive

- Qualification
- Any graduate, preferably with manufacturing industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Dispatch for timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Coordinate customer complaint resolution with relevant departments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP and prepare MIS reports.
- Required Skills
- Good communication, customer handling, coordination, MS Excel and CRM/ERP knowledge.
- Pay
- ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
