Any graduate, preferably with manufacturing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Dispatch for timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on pending orders and payments.
• Coordinate customer complaint resolution with relevant departments.
• Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP and prepare MIS reports.

Required Skills

Good communication, customer handling, coordination, MS Excel and CRM/ERP knowledge.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
