Job Summary
IMTS Institute is looking for a Call Quality Analyst Intern to monitor and evaluate customer/admission calls, ensure quality standards, and provide feedback to improve communication and call handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate recorded/live calls based on quality parameters.
- Check communication skills, call flow, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
- Identify gaps and provide constructive feedback to the calling team.
- Maintain daily quality reports and call evaluation records.
- Coordinate with team leaders to improve call quality and performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Good English communication and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Pay
- Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
